The difference

Marketing that won't get you fined.

In the UK and Australia, prescription treatments, including botulinum toxin and most dermal fillers, can't legally be advertised to the public. Regulators are enforcing it harder than ever, scanning social media with technology and treating automated DM funnels as a common trap.

What's the difference between The Partner and Focused Support?
The Partner is the full done-for-you behind the scenes, covering all four pillars. The number of hours is agreed with you up front, starting from 15 hours a month, so you know exactly what you're getting. Focused Support is the same quality of work narrowed to one or two areas (say, just design and content, or just systems and admin), starting from 6 hours a month.
Will you run my social media accounts day to day?
No. I create the content, design the templates and build the automations so your accounts run beautifully without either of us living in your inbox. Live posting, DMs and community replies stay with you or your in-house team.
What happens if I need more hours one month?
Anything beyond your retainer is billed at £60 an hour, agreed in advance so there are no surprises. If your needs are consistently growing, we'll upgrade your retainer at the next renewal so it reflects the real workload.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. All retainers run on a 30 day rolling agreement, so you can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. No lock ins, no long contracts. The 30 days lets me wrap up open tasks and hand things over cleanly.
How does Australian pricing work?
Australian retainers are priced in AUD at a comparable premium to the GBP figures, not a straight currency conversion. I quote the exact AUD figure in your proposal after the discovery call, so it reflects your scope and your market.
Do you reply on weekends or outside working hours?
I work in Australian business hours, which for UK clients means I'm typically active overnight your time (great for next-morning delivery). I don't respond on weekends or in the evenings. If you need round-the-clock cover, I'm not the right fit, and I'd rather tell you that up front.
Will I own the templates and content you create?
Yes. Everything I create for your clinic belongs to your clinic, including your design files, content calendar, automation flows and Google Drive setup. If we ever stop working together, you keep all of it.
